From the official athletics bio2016: Saw limited varsity action in his debut season.
2017: Saw time with the junior varsity team.
2018: Appeared in five games, tallying three tackles including two for loss and one sack against Elmhurst on Nov. 10.
2019: Appeared in 11 games, with 14 tackles including three for loss and a sack against Carthage on Nov. 9...recovered a fumble in season-opening victory at Monmouth on Sept. 7.
High school: Played four seasons of high school football, including two years as a varsity starter...helped team to IHSA Class 4A Playoffs in both 2014 and 2015...All-Conference honoree...named the team's "Most Improved" during his prep career...served as a team captain...All-State Academic Team...also competed on the wrestling team...Illinois State Scholar...National Honor Society.
