Wheaton, Ill. (9/11) Wheaton seniors Trey Andrew and Andrew Day have been named CCIW "Players of the Week", for the second week of the 2005 season. Andrew, a Thunder defensive end, was named the conference's Defensive Player of the Week. Day, a three-year starter at placekicker, was named the Special Teams Player of the Week. The duo helped lead Wheaton to a 23-16 season-opening victory at Gustavus Adolphus College. Wheaton will open the home portion of its schedule Sept. 17 against Greenville College.
