2015 Year-End Award Winners Revealed
Wheaton, Ill. - The winners of the 2015 Wheaton Play of the Year and Male and Female Performances of the Year were announced at halftime of the men's basketball broadcast on Saturday. The 2015 Play of the Year is the third installment of the award while the Male and Female Performance Awards are in their second year. Results for the awards were tabulated through internet voting on the Wheaton Athletics Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube accounts.
Reed Bartley's last minute, game-winning goal against Lake Forest in the first round of the NCAA Tournament was the winner of the 2015 Play of the Year. Sola Olateju's 193-yard rushing performance against Millikin was the winner of the 2015 Male Performance of the Year. Erin Bagley's four All-American swims including three new school records at the NCAA Championships was the 2015 Female Performance of the Year.

Mary Daghfal - 8 saves in Wheaton's 2-1 victory over Gustavus Adolphus in the first round of the NCAA Tournament
Shelby Knowles - 17 kills, 18 digs, 3 service aces in straight-set upset of #10-UW-Stevens Point
Katie Thornton - 8.1 innings pitched, 1 win, 1 save, 13 strikeouts; 5-5 batting with 3 walks and 6 runs scored in doubleheader sweep of Millikin

Dan Olsen - Third place finish in 184-pound weight class at 2015 NCAA Championships
Ricky Samuelson - 23 points, 6 three-pointers, seven rebounds in win over George Fox
John Schmitz - 8.1 innings pitched, 1 win, 1 save, 7 strikeouts, 3 hits, 0 runs allowed in Wheaton's first-ever three-game sweep of Augustana.
