Spencer Clark named to D3football.com 2013 Preseason All-American team

Wheaton, Ill. – Spencer Clark, a junior for the 2013 Thunder football team has been selected as a preseason All-American selection by D3football.com. Clark was tabbed as a First Team selection at center by the website.

Clark earned First Team All-CCIW recognition in 2012 as the starter at center. He keyed a Thunder offensive line that helped Wheaton average 478.2 yards of offense per game and was among the Division III leaders in total offense, passing offense and scoring offense.

Clark and the Thunder will open the 2013 season on September 7 at 7 PM when Wheaton travels to Benedictine University. The home opener for the Thunder will September 14 at 7 PM against Albion College at McCully Stadium.
