Thunder football announces spring schedule

Wheaton, Ill.- The Wheaton Thunder football program has announced their 2013 spring football practice schedule. Per NCAA rules, the team is allowed to have 16 practices during the spring season. The Thunder will begin their practice season on Monday, March 25 and will practice three times a week for the next five weeks. The spring season will culminate in their final spring practice at 9:30 AM on April 27. All spring practices will take place at McCully Stadium. The Thunder is coming off a 2012 campaign that saw Wheaton go 8-2 and capture a share of the CCIW Championship for the first time since 2007.
