Wheaton football team to visit UW-River Falls on Saturday for NCAA DIII Quarterfinal game

River Falls, Wis. -- Following its 49-24 Third Round victory at DePauw University last Saturday, the Thunder football team will travel to the University of Wisconsin-River Falls this weekend for the NCAA Quarterfinals. River Falls booked its place in the quarterfinal round with a 42-14 home win over Saint John's University. This Saturday's game will kickoff at 2:02 PM (CST) in Wisconsin.
FOR FANS TRAVELING TO RIVER FALLS
Tickets for the game went on sale on Sunday, December 7 and can be purchased through this link. Fans attending the game will need to purchase tickets online in advance, but there will be QR code posters on display at the stadium on Saturday that go to the ticket page, and UW-River Falls will have event staff available to help people access the online ticket link as needed. Tickets cost $16.45 for adults (ages 18-64), $11.35 for seniors (ages 65+), and $11.35 for students (ages 17 and under), while children ages two and under not occupying a seat will be admitted free of charge. The gates at UW-River Falls' Smith Stadium open at 1:00 PM on Saturday. All bags will be subject to search.

ON-CAMPUS WATCH PARTY
The Wheaton College Athletics Department will be hosting a viewing party for fans interested in this weekend's game who are not making the trip to River Falls. The watch party will be held in the Phelps Room of the Todd M. Beamer Center and will begin at approximately 2:00 PM on Saturday. Snacks and light refreshments will be served.Print Friendly Version
