Caleb McClung named to the D3football.com Team of the Week

Wheaton, Ill. - Wheaton linebacker Caleb McClung has been named to this week's D3football.com "Team of the Week." McClung's selection marks the 55th time that a Wheaton football player has earned a spot on the "Team of the Week".

McClung led the Wheaton defense with 2.5 (-5 yards) tackles for loss (TFL) on Saturday in a Thunder win at Carroll as he made five total tackles in the road victory. One of his two solo TFL's came on third down to stall a Carroll offensive drive.

McClung is tied for second in the CCIW in (TFL) with 4.5 total TFL this season. McClung and the 18th-ranked Thunder host top-ranked North Central this Saturday in a 1:00 p.m. kickoff at McCully Stadium in the annual "Battle for the Little Brass Bell".
